The XZ-Q132 Fully Automatic Diode Winding Machine is designed for cutting, bending, and forming thermal protection pins used in electric heating products. Also known as a diode or fuse winding machine, it supports stable shaping of functional pins critical to temperature protection. Manufacturing studies on thermal safety components show that precise pin forming improves response accuracy and long-term reliability. This machine is widely used for heating elements in hair dryers, air combs, rice cookers, and electric heaters. Developed by Guangdong Xiezhan, the XZ-Q132 enables efficient, repeatable processing for high-volume heating element assembly.
